A DIALOGUE between OLD & NEW
AXIS modular furniture system 軸 傢俱模組
The design proposal was inspired and developed from the traditional Japanese wooden joinery technique “KUMIKI” in Gifu Prefecture, Hida province of Japan to be a compact, multi-functional and flexible modular furniture system - AXIS to fit into different spaces and usages.
本設計方案的靈感來源於日本岐阜県飛騨地方的傳統木工工藝技術「KUMIKI」,繼而再開發出來的一個精巧、多功能及靈活的家具模塊系統- AXIS 軸,適用於不同的空間和用途。
